The helpline aims to offer information and advice for anyone concerned about HIV and AIDS, including the provision of relevant leaflets. The helpline supports the Government's policy to reduce the incidence of HIV infection through education, information and advice on how to avoid infection and infecting others, and to provide services for people who are HIV positive or who have developed AIDS.
